What is your ‘Trading Price Sheet’?
We want to work with any business that buys or sells the products we trade.
Who can apply?
We require the following documentation. Begin here.
Signed Dorado Trade Group application and acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
Copy of your Business License.
Completed and signed Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate (Dorado will provide).
Copy of Driver's License, Passport or other valid government-issued photo ID for:
Applicant, all authorized payees, all principal owners and any authorized agents of the company.
What do you require for the application?
Absolutely. But remember, a lock is a lock. Dorado does not cancel contracts but we will offset any trade. You are responsible for all negative equity.
Can I forward contract with Dorado?
We offer free shipping to the continental US for orders of:
10 oz or more of gold, platinum and palladium.
500 oz or more of silver.
We prefer to sell/ship 90% and 40% silver coins in 500 face increments. Odd amounts may be subject to a shipping charge, even if the total trade is more than 500 oz.
Smaller orders incur a shipping charge of $25.00.
All orders shipping to AK or HI are charged $50.00 per box.
What are the domestic shipping fees when I buy from Dorado?
Ground service is used for all orders of silver. We utilize bulk freight services for large orders (typically 20-25k oz) with similar transit times.
Overnight service is used when you purchase 30 or more oz of gold, platinum or palladium. Smaller orders ship ground service.
Large orders of gold, platinum or palladium may ship armored carrier at our discretion to business addresses only. Transit time is typically overnight or 2-day (depending on zone).
What service level is used to ship my packages?
Yes, we can ship practically anywhere in the world but eligibility and fees are determined on a case-by-case basis. We never drop ship (i.e. ship to your customer) outside of the U.S.
International shipments? What are the fees?
We strive to pay for shipments no later than one to two business days after delivery to our vault in Dallas. However, large and/or complex orders may take an additional day or two to process.
Our default payment method is Deluxe eCheck.
Upon request, we will send domestic bank wires to your account for $35.00 per wire or overnight night check payments for $20.00 per check.
We will always send ACH payments free of charge. Contact our support staff to verify or update your bank information on file.
